On Sunday October 1, our club took part in the second edition of the open sports event at La Coque. All the girls enthusiastically showed their demonstrations to the public and led a masterclass for future little gymnasts 👏🏼🤸🏻‍♀️

WORLD CHALLENGE CUP 2024

 

 

 

Our club took part in the World Challenge Cup 2024 in Romania over the weekend of July 12. 💪🏼

This was the last competition of the 2023/2024 season. We are proud of Elena Meysembourg for closing this season with a very good performance 🍀🇷🇴

CHAMPION OF LUXEMBOURG 2024


Elena Meysembourg has been crowned the 2024 Luxembourg champion in rhythmic gymnastics 🥇🎉

The Luxembourg National Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were held over the weekend of June 14, 2024 🇱🇺 Following in the footsteps of champions like Stéphanie Floener (2014 and 2015), Sophie Otto (2016), Elena Smirnova (2018), and Sophie Turpel (2022 and 2023), Elena’s victory marks our club’s 7th championship title 🎉

Congratulations to this talented gymnast! We wish Elena continued success and many more victories in the future 🌟

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2024


The Luxembourg Championships 🇱🇺 in categories A and B came to a close yesterday with victory for our gymnasts.

In the Junior A category, Lola Diderich took part in her last championship as a Junior before moving up to the Senior category. Among them, 17-year-old Elena Meysembourg won the title of Luxembourg Champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics 2024 🏆 after devoting an entire year to intensive training and numerous FIG competitions. Sophie Turpel, despite doctors’ advice received 10 days ago recommending her to limit intensive training, fought bravely and won the silver medal 🥈

Congratulations to all the medal-winning gymnasts 🥇 and a very big thank you to the parents for their support and help in organizing this championship ✨

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP 2024

From May 20 to 27, three gymnasts from our club took part in the European Championships in Budapest. This event is a highlight for our athletes and our country. Our warmest congratulations go to Elena Meysembourg, Lola Diderich and Sophie Turpel for representing our country with such determination and passion 🌟

To support them, coach Larisa and our club president Oksana Vichniakova, who is a FIG brevet judge, were also on hand to accompany the gymnasts and share in the excitement of the event.

RELAIS POUR LA VIE

 

On March 23, 2024, ‘Ecole de GRS’ took part in the opening ceremony of the « Relay for Life » at La Coque, the Foundation’s major event to raise funds for the fight against cancer.

LUXEMBOURG CUP 2023

The weekend of the 1st December was a highlight for Ecole de GRS, as we successfully hosted our annual competition « Luxembourg Cup 2023″, an event that showcased high-level gymnastics talent 🌟

Our profound gratitude goes to our club president, Vichniakova Oksana, for her outstanding leadership and organizational skills. A special thank you also goes to our devoted team, the coaches, and the parents, whose support and contributions greatly enhanced the event 🏆

The performances of our gymnasts were truly exceptional, reflecting their dedication and rigorous training ✨

We eagerly await the next « LuxGR Cup« , scheduled for 8th to 11th February 2024. See you there! 🤸‍♂️
